Paul Broussard from New Hampshire made the trip to this year's DEVOtional dressed from head-to-toe as DEVO's General Boy.

He had every detail...right down to the "BOY" name tag.

I first met Paul at a DEVO concert in 2008 when he showed up in his General Boy gear.
