Thom Mortimer, an Australian fan who was at the show, reflects on Neil's performance:

"Solid as a rock and seemingly possessing (or possessed by) the heavy arms of John Bonham, Neil’s got it nailed down tight. Neil Taylor should immediately be given the cover of ‘Kick Ass Drummer Magazine’ (if such a publication existed). Indeed, DEVO drum patterns often border on the disjointed, staggered and awkward. Just trying to breakdown the complexities of Satisfaction or Jocko Homo could drive any would be student of the drums to the point of collapse. Neil Taylor, take a bow."
